Biography
Dagmara Antkiewicz is a scientist at the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene, University of Wisconsin – Madison. She obtained a Ph.D. in Molecular and Environmental Toxicology from University of Wisconsin Madison, where she studied developmental toxicity of dioxins in a zebrafish model. For over a decade she conducted research in the field of aerosol toxicity and environmental biomonitoring. Since 2020, she has been working on development, optimization and standardization of wastewater-based surveillance methods for pathogens of concern.
